Your Proof Comes First — Nothing Goes Out Without Your Proof Approval

Before your campaign begins, we'll email you a link to view your data analysis and card proof for approval. You can see exactly how your logo appears on the cards and confirm that all your shop information is accurate. Once you approve it, your campaign begins.

We Clean & Rebuild Data

We identify active customers in your database who visited in the last 4 years (updated daily), correct names and addresses, then remove exclusions such as bad addresses, duplicates, and those marked no-marketing. See exclusions below.

Flat Monthly Budget

Your mailing list is divided into equal monthly batches so your budget stays predictable. As your customer base grows, your monthly card count increases — up to 100 per month. If it ever exceeds 100, we'll notify you so you can choose to expand your campaign at just 69¢ per additional card.

Greeting Cards Mail Monthly

Each customer receives a greeting card with a gift twice a year, 6 months apart — keeping customers happy and sticky. This replaces the marketing gimmicks that treat customers like strangers and reduce loyalty without the sentiment needed to build trust. Don't market them, love them.
